As we’ve waded into this new era of Pioneer Travel and Expense, we know it’s been a little bumpy for some. As such, we want to highlight a great opportunity for you to get one-on-one help with reimbursements with the experts, themselves: Shared Services.

Shared Services offers a centralized, weekly drop-in time to meet with a Shared Services Center specialist for one-on-one help with any Shared Services system. Come in with questions about:

• Benefits
• I-9 (part 2 completion)
• Pioneer Travel & Expense
• PioneerTime
• PioneerJobs
• P-Card pickup
• Any other SSC related questions

Drop-in sessions occur every Friday from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm in Anderson Academic Commons room #184. No registration is necessary!
