General Updates

We want your feedback: Training & Discoveries Week
In the effort to improve future FSEM training and the Discoveries Week structure, we are offering faculty $100 to fill out this feedback survey by Monday, September 16th.

How to un-hide your syllabus in Canvas
In order to place the One Prompt assignments in your course, we “hid” your course syllabi from students until they were ready. If you need assistance moving your syllabus back to the visible navigation bar for students, follow these instructions.

Navigating Pioneer Travel & Expense
In the transition to using Pioneer Travel and Expense for reimbursements, we expect that you may need additional assistance in working through this process. We recommend utilizing the expertise in Shared Services if you have questions in completing expense reports for reimbursement.
You can reach Shared Services at 303-871-7420 or sharedservices@du.edu.

Mentorship Updates

Submit early alerts NOW!
As discussed at the FSEM training, we would like for you to submit early alerts for any students that already seem to be exhibiting some warning signs. Submit Faculty Feedback and/or an SOS Referral for students so we can provide support early!

- Health & wellness goals
- Academic goals
- Top 3 things they are excited about
- Top 3 things they are nervous about
If you would like to receive these reports for your FSEM students, email Leah at leah.ogrady@du.edu.
